The history of Brazil follows the story of a rope, made from the hair of an indian woman. The rope’s journey starts on the rape of the country by Europe and the Church, and ends in a globalised wasteland. This short film examines the structure of the Brazilian society unchanged since the European invasion. And today, despite all the suffering of several exploited generations, the new colonising force (globalization) is likely to cause an even greater decay in the racial relations and inequality.
