It is a story of an erotic fascination with an older sister, a friendship with a girl in the courtyard, and a complicated relationship with the man his sister is engaged to marry. Une femme rôde dans les escaliers en essayant de changer 20zl. „Les Gens de la Chance“ est le résultat d’une année de travail d’observtion à la caméra depuis un appartement au centre de Lodz. Night. The City. A young, slightly drunk couple, of about 19 years of age, struggle out of a large puddle of water. A group of thugs are €ghting on the street. A woman hovers around the staircase trying to change 20zl. „The People of Chance“ is the result of a years’ observation camera work from the window of an apartment block in Central Lodz, Poland.
