10sections of short-films are going to be submitted to the Festival's international jury. Contemporary films, coming from all countries, selected taking into consideration the criteria of the esthetic audacity, of strange intuitions and of the complex posture in front of the modern world.

Song for a Deaf Ear

"Song for a deaf ear" is a poetic film on the demenciality of war and on the violence that strucks Liban. The film maker goes back to his origins in 2007 in order to create a film on the death of his neighbours something like 20 years before. He builds a story that focuses on a man who has been killed by bullets in the streets of Beyrouth during the civil war and on the world that crumbles around him.
